THE MOVIE RATS
The Movie Rats is a Dublin-based movie review podcast hosted by Jess Boylan, Sinead Berrill, Adam Carr, and Cassie Egger. The format of the show revolves around a review of a SERIES category topic followed by the recurring "Neado's Nut of the Week" and a secondary film related SEGMENT. Jess has some experience in acting as well. Her background consists mainly of stage acting, but her main passion lies in writing. Jess hopes to work mainly in screenwriting and script development, but is enjoying taking part in all other aspects of film, particularly production design.
Being a new member of the filmmaking community, Jess is currently building her film library and has been enjoying watching older movies including movies like Ghostbusters and Gremlins. In her free time, Jess fishes with her mom.

Sinead's interest in film stems from her desire to tell stories that provide an escape for the audience as well as herself. She plans to move to America in the near future to pursue her acting career in New York and Los Angeles. In her free time, Sinead enjoys spending a not-so-quite moment with her 3 rowdy dogs.
Some men aren't born they are forged. The year was 1998, and on an unknown Polynesian island a volcano violently erupted killing the entire population. In the aftermath, a secret team of investigators visited the island in the hopes of finding the cause of such a catastrophe. At the heart of the crater a child was found, still burning.

Adam hopes to establish a career that allows him to produce independent projects and build his portfolio of narrative film and TV. Adam has an expressed interest in paleontology and when he is not working on film projects, he enjoys annoying Cassie to no end.
